First Time Customers

Send us your contact information.  We'll help answer questions and determine your color. We can send you some sample colors or you can send us a sample of your hair. Color rings are available for purchase of $20 or a refundable deposit of $20.

Shipping

We ship six days a week. Most products are in stock and delivered to you within five business days.  Shipping prices will vary with the size of orders and location of shipment.   Rates start at $3.95.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept personal checks but do accept cashiers checks.

Exchange Policy

State and Federal requirements regarding the sale of hair/headwear do not allow for returns.

If there is a color discrepency we will allow one exchange per item. (shipping both ways are at the customer's expense) Pre-authorization for an exchange due to color is necessary. Please  contact us   and then send the hair item back with a note indicating the color you prefer. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are included.  As long as the hair item is returned in new, unworn condition with the hair net and/or any tags still attached, we will honor the one-time exchange.
